The Jr. Sharks will participate in their initial fitness assessment on Friday April 17th. The team will be split into 2 groups of 10 players. Coach Eldridge will communicate to the players directly, whether they are in Group #1 or Group #2
Group #1 will have their fitness assessment from 5pm - 6pm @ Bergin Motion
Group #2 will have their fitness assessment from 6pm - 7pm @ Bergin Motion
Bergin Motion is located at: 680 Bayview Dr Unit 8, Barrie, ON L4N 9A6
- Players are to wear appropriate work out apparel.
- They also require clean and appropriate indoor work out footwear.
- Players should also bring a towel and water bottle.
